About me

I am a highly experienced teacher and I have worked in a variety of Primary School settings over the last 16 years. Having worked with children from the ages of 4 - 11 throughout my career so far I am well placed to tutor across all of the primary curriculum key stages. I am a father of 3 young boys and I enjoy spending time with my wife and children, visiting the New Forest, reading, films, swimming, travelling and performing either on guitar or piano, along with singing. I qualified as a primary school teaching in August 2008 and I have worked in a variety of primary settings since then. My roles have included whole class teaching, Higher Level Teaching Assistant, 1:1 teaching assistant and Learning Mentor. This variety of roles has given me a wonderful opportunity to work with and educate children from a number of different backgrounds including SEN. I also tutor for the 11+.
