About me

Qualified and experienced teacher of Modern Foreign Languages, currently working as a supply teacher in Nottingham, whilst running my own business Wellbeing For Kids UK. I taught English in the English Faculty at Strasbourg University, France, before starting my England based teaching career of 25+ years. I offer tuition in GCSE French and Spanish. I additionally offer GCSE Italian but only to native speakers of the language. I have over 25 years of teaching young people and taking them through the languages GCSE exam. I also have primary teaching experience and offer tuition in KS2 English and Maths. Finally, I am a mindfulness coach for children, and help them to manage their uncomfortable feelings such as anxiety and anger and to self-regulate their behaviour. I integrate mindfulness techniques into academic tuition where I feel it is necessary.
