About me

Qualified, experienced and innovative teacher of History, specialising in CIE IGCSE and IBDP. I'm currently employed as the Head of History Department in the private education sector. As a CIE and IB examiner, I am able to help all students improve their exam technique, confidence and knowledge base. I am very personable and patient and build strong and encouraging relationships with all of my students and tutees to ensure they gain the most they can from each session. I have a broad and exciting range of resources and techniques, and always share as many additional resources as I can with students to ensure your child achieves their full potential. The topics I am currently teaching to my own students are Weimar and Nazi Germany, 1918-1945, The USA 1919-1949 and International Relations, 1919-2000. I am available during the week, weekends and holidays, to best fit your requirements.
