About me

I am an enthusiastic and dedicated humanities tutor based in the Merseyside region. Following the completion of my NQT year in December 2016, I have since worked in a variety of teaching environments with experience of catering for pupils of all abilities and with a diverse range of educational needs. Having completed a bachelor's degree in Geography, as well having chosen it as my specialism during my PGCE year, I am an expert in my field and have a track record of delivering engaging and challenging teaching in the subject across all secondary key stages. Currently I also work part-time as a lecturer in A-Level Geography at Hugh Baird College, Merseyside, a position that has allowed me to further enhance my knowledge and understanding of the key stage five Geography curriculum for the benefit of my tutees. I have also previously taught History to key stages three and four during previous positions, having built upon my A level in the subject to gain a solid understanding of the subject's curriculum.
